Eye exercises for screen-tired eyes
Hours in front of a screen keep your eyes at one distance with little movement. Follow the dot for a few minutes to get your eye muscles moving.
Your device has “reduce motion” on, so the slow speed is selected. If on-screen motion feels bad, choose the still exercises: near and far, blinking, and palming.

Frequently asked questions
How do these eye exercises work?
You follow a dot on the screen with your eyes while your head stays still. The routines mix smooth tracking, quick eye jumps, near and far focus, guided blinking, and short rests. The quick routine takes about 2 minutes.
Can eye exercises improve my vision?
No. Eye exercises do not correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism. They give your eyes a break from long screen time. For any eye problem, see an eye doctor.
What is the 20-20-20 rule?
Every 20 minutes of screen time, look at something about 6 m (20 ft) away for at least 20 seconds. Eyesly can remind you while the page is open.
Is Eyesly free? Do I need an account?
Eyesly is free and needs no sign-up. Your settings and stats stay in your own browser, and the page works offline after your first visit.
